I have a peaceful day today. Not blasting, but calmness. Life will be grand if we only did what our heart loves to make every moment of the day. Still on my mentally fasting. In total control. Only writing. Nothing else.

I can tell you have stalked the right target, but you must have the endurance to realize your treasure. Few unexpected news will be announced very soon. One after another. * Pointer? No. Sorry. Learn how a cheetah stalks its prey. Play by the rules or it will backfire.
1. SOLVE YOUR CRABS.
So what should we do if we are facing a task that we are not certain of. Well, you can run or find ways to distract it. That usually works, until it causes you problems or you can find a way to get the crab done in a perfect manner.
2. DON'T LET YOUR MIND RUN AND FOCUS.
Your mind will want like to run. That's the nature of life. If you are fearful, you will rationalize to find distractions, going to what is easy. Watch and don't act on it. Observe it. It will eventually calm down. Focus and move on.
3. GROW YOUR MIND.
The task, how mundane or scary as it might seem. Its teaching you about your mindset. That's a wonderful thing. The task is a learning opportunity. A wonderful time to spend your time to grow your mind to seek opportunity when it presents itself.
3. YOU MUST NOT REGRET.
Why can't we let it go? What's so important that we need to keep thinking about it? Nobody is perfect, everyone makes stupid mistakes. Find satisfaction in what we have done, forget about your distractions. And focus on what you are doing NOW. A choice you won't regret.
4. ACCEPT THE SUCKS.
Doing something hard, sucks. It's often confused about how to solve it. Because you are having difficulty and you are lost. So what? Life sucks sometimes, but it's perfectly fine. Face all the sucks, pits, ditches and the thorns. Life will be boring without it. Smile and get moving....
5. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
You are not worse than others. You are just a human. All your fears and weaknesses is connected to me and to everyone else. We can't avoid them. All you need is just to get yourself in order again. With your mind centered. Or all hell broke loose.
6. CREATE WHEN YOU GET STUCK.
We can be hard to move when we get stuck. It's really hard to motivate myself when I get stuck. I took a small step if it felt good. So small that it may not be significant. But it showed me the next step was possible before the next. Keep the movement until you charged up and firing on all cylinders.
When you have a balance and centered mind, you will be on the way to endure the marathon run.
