well, it will not make the door sound solid chupp when close the door...
for that effect u need to use dampening material on the metal parts of
the door.. making it heavy... then only u get the solid door close...
this insulation material is lightweight and able to reduce road noise
and tyre noise...

well... the rough surface one is actually taken few years ago... that
time the old type of Insulflex comes with rough surface... now all are

This material is not used for absorbing heat... it is used to insulate heat..
What temperature go up?? If u are talking about the engine temperature going up.. this thing will not help at all...
Sorry I only sell the 6mm thick. 10mm stop selling as some area not suitable to use, too thick.

1. Use dampening materials like Flex Mat, Propad, Suppression Pad :lol at the inner door layer~ 
STP, Dynamat, sikadamp, etc etc... can also. 
Just
be careful when you make your purchase, some will melt and it will be a
mess. For this layer, usage of SuperLon or Insulflex is at your own
risk.
2. Then for the layer with holes, use STP Alu to cover the
holes first... Then only on top of it cover with another layer of
dampening materials. (Yes, something like Flex Mat ~~ )
Again, usage of Insulflex or SuperLon at this layer at your own risk.
3. Then for the door trim, apply 1 layer of Dampening Material first then only cover/over-lap with SuperLon or Insulflex.
1 is a must. 2 is advisable, 3 is optional. Any more layer will confirm that you are a rich fler~

Just called KK Lau. RM980 for dynamat include installation.

Bro, let me give you some pointers to reduce noise in the cabin - this
is what I did (all DIY) to my 2002 Waja. Now, my car is suprisingly
quiet!
1) I removed all 4 door panels and stuck Insulflex sound absorbing material. Put extra thick double layer on front doors
2) One layer of dynamat and Insulflex in the engine bay firewall.
3) One layer of Dynamat and Insuflex in the boot area
4) Change 2 front tires to Michelin Primacy LC
Total damage for insulation: RM250
Tires: RM480
Result: One quiet car! (of course not like Merc or BMW).
Note that you can save yourself lots of $$ by just DIY

Thicker material with cheaper cost. I got someone reviewed it and
compared to Dynamat Extreme and according to him Raamat are not far
behind and cost is 3/4 cheaper than the dynamat extreme.
