1) Sales of Land in Penang for RM15.3 million profit (to concentrate on
Iskandar Malaysia, and Klang Valley developments)
2) Bought 30.1 Acres of land in Lestari Perdana, Selangor for RM55.2
million on 28/10/2013
3) Bought 19.0 acres of land in Dengkil, Selangor for RM 35.6 million in
26/9/2013

Construction Division
1) Order book (until 31/12/2013) RM1.2 billion (to last until 1st
Quarter 2016) :-
a) KVMRT (Klang Valley My Rapid Transit) SugaiBuloh ~~ Kota Damansara
Station
b) Construction of Multi-storey Car Park Building at KVMRT Kajang
station (to complete on 4th Quarter 2015) – worth RM21.0 million
c) Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya RM173.0 million (2 tower of 28
storey service apartments (until mid 2016) + RM42.6 million (to
undertake earthwork, piling work, substructure work, reinforced concrete
frames, upper floor slab and staircases)
Property Division
1) Contours residential project in Melawati Heights, Selangor GDV
RM157.4 million (completed)
2) Gombak Grove 25 units bungalow project in Gombak GDV61.8 million
(completed)
Projects under review
1) The Peak at Flagship A of Iskandar Malaysia GDV 556.5 million
2) Commercial project in Flagship D of Iskandar Malaysia Permas Centro
(launched on 7/2013) GDV RM144.6 million (to complete by 2nd half 2015)
3) Projects below amounted to GDV RM1.0 billion :-
a) The LINQ at Kinrara Uptown, Selangor
b) The Avenue at Kinrara Uptown, Selangor (GDV RM209.3 million)
c) Westlake at the fringe of Cyberjaya, Selangor
