Tracking the negative performance on the overnight Dow, the FBM KLCI continues to slump following the weighting cuts by MSCI; the FBM KLCI dropped to near the immediate support of 1,610 led by most of the banking heavyweights like CIMB (-10.0 sen) and HLBANK (-14.0 sen). However, active gainers include AAX (+1.5 sen), AIRASIA (+6.0 sen) and AEM (+1.5 sen). Meanwhile, LKL International gained 8.0 sen on the first day of trading following IPO.
