How to Create a Windows 8.1 Portable USB Drive

I’ve found a great tool to create a Windows 8.1 Portable USB drive or external HDD. This tutorial is about installing Windows 8.1 on a USB, not about Installing Windows 8.1 from a USB.

Requirements:

1. A Windows 8.1 ISO or Windows 8.1 Disc.

2. A 15 GB USB 3.0 or larger flash drive.

3. Access to a computer with Windows Operating system installed that can boot from a USB drive.

To Create the Portable USB Drive:

If you don’t have an .ISO you can create one from a Windows 8.1 disk or a Windows 7 Disk. [click here to learn how]

1. Download and Install WinToUSB. You’ll need to be an administrator on the computer you install WinToUSB.

2. Run WinToUSB, you’ll be prompted to choose your ISO file or disc. Click the small folder button to browse for it, select the operating system you want to install, then click Next.

3. You’ll be asked to select your hard drive and choose the system and boot partitions. With a USB as your hard drive you should just be able to select the first partition as system and the second partition as boot, as shown.

4. When you click next, the installation will begin. This process might take awhile depending on your computer speed.

5. That’s it! It’s. Just plug in the USB onto any windows computer, restart the computer,Change the boot sequence in the BIOS and boot from the USB drive just like you would a CD.

Note: The first time it starts, it’ll install the necessary drivers and take a while to boot. The installation of drivers would happen every time you plug it into a new PC.

Instructions to create a bootable Windows 8.1 USB Flash drive

• Step 1: Download and run Rufus 
• Step 2: From the device drop down menu select your USB flash drive
• Step 3: For partition scheme . Select “  GPT partitionscheme for UEFI computer “ if you have a UEFI enabled Bios , otherwise select “ MBR partition scheme for BIOS and UEFI computer “ .
• Step 4:  For file system select Fat 32 if your windows 8.1 ISO file size is below 4 GB else choose NTFS . For a UEFI bios it is compulsory to have a FAT32 file system .
• Step 5: Leave the cluster size at default and check the quick format option .
• Step 6: check “ create a bootable disk using “ and select ISO imageand select the Windows 8.1 RTM ISO image .
• Step 7: Check “ create extendable label and icon “
• Step 8: Now click on start to create your bootable Windows 8.1 USB flash drive .

Once your bootable windows 8.1 USB pen drive is created , you can then process further with installing windows 8.1 on your PC . We will do a detailedguide about installing windows 8.1 very shortly .

Excel VBA bypass password

es there is, as long as you are using a .xls format spreadsheet (the default for Excel up to 2003). For Excel 2007 onwards, the default is .xlsx, which is a fairly secure format, and this method will not work.

As Treb says, it's a simple comparison, so one method is simply to swap out the password entry in the file using a hex editor (see Hex editors for Windows). Step by step example:

1. Create a new simple excel file.
2. In the VBA part, set a simple password (say - 1234).
3. Save the file and exit. Then check the file size - see Stewbob's gotcha
4. Change file extension to zip file and open this file and find a file Name "\xl\vbaPorject.bin"
5. Open the file you just created with a hex editor.
6. Copy the lines starting with the following keys:

   CMG=....
   DPB=...
   GC=...

7. FIRST BACKUP the excel file you don't know the VBA password for, then open it with your hex editor, and paste the above copied lines from the dummy file.
8. Save the excel file and exit.
9. Now, open the excel file you need to see the VBA code in. The password for the VBA code will simply be 1234 (as in the example I'm showing here).

If you need to work with Excel 2007 or 2010, there are some other answers below which might help, particularly these: 1, 2, 3.

WinToFlash制作

Windows7安装有很多方法，可以将镜像文件刻录成光盘安装，可以硬盘安装，还有U盘安装。用U盘安装windows7系统，需要先制作windows7安装U盘。windows7安装U盘的制作方法也有很多，下面介绍用Novicorp WinToFlash制作windows7安装U盘。

制作windows7安装U盘的准备条件

1、Novicorp WinToFlas软件；点击下载Novicorp WinToFlash

2、U盘（容量大于4G）；

3、windows7镜像文件；

开始制作windows7安装U盘
 

2、格式化之后我们接着要做的就是用虚拟光驱加载windows7镜像文件。在“虚拟光驱图标”上点右键，选择“虚拟设备=>设备0：=>装载映像”，找到你“windows7镜像”文件，双击选中他完成windows7加载。

3、启动WinToFlash软件，出现最终用户许可协议对话框，选择“接受”。点击“任务”选项，选择任务类型为“迁移windows vista/2008/7安装程序到闪存”。

4、点击“欢迎”选项，点击“windows安装程序迁移向导按钮”，进入“基本参数”设置页面。
 

5、点击“windows文件路径选择按钮”来选择windows7镜像文件（就是第二步你用虚拟光驱加载的windows7镜像文件），通过双击选中虚拟光驱的盘符即可。点击“USB驱动器选择按钮”来选择你用来制作windows7安装U盘的那个U盘，通过双击选中U盘盘符即可。点击“下一步”。

6、进入“windows许可协议”界面，点击“我接受许可协议的条款”，点击“继续”，这是设置完毕软件开始自动制作windows7安装U盘。这个过程可能要几分钟的时间，请耐性等待。
 

7、点击“下一步”完成windows7安装U盘的制作。点击“退出”，退出时会弹出更新对话框，去掉“启动更新功能”的勾选，点击“不，只需关闭”。

如果制作之前没有格式话U盘，可能会出现警告，甚至无法制作的情况！

Windows xp、Windows Vista、Windows 2008和Windows 7系统都能用的需要在任务选项卡里面设置一下 选定相应的系统就可以了。

（雪蘭莪‧八打靈再也30日訊）阿布扎比國際石油投資公司（IPIC）及其附屬公司 Aabar投資公司已同意支付10億美元給一馬發展有限公司（1MDB），以協助一馬公司攤還拖欠德意志銀行（Deutsche Bank）貸款和9億7千500萬美元（35億令吉）的利息，但存在的疑問是一馬公司以甚麼條件“回報”IPIC和Aabar公司？

英文財經雜誌《The Edge》報道，財政部的目標是要從一馬公司總值420億令吉的債務，縮減至160億令吉。

第二財政部長拿督斯里阿末胡斯尼昨日發表的文告中，並沒有闡明一馬公司將如何償還IPIC和Aabar。

存放在BSI資產
或低於賬面價值

消息指出，存放在瑞士瑞意銀行（BSI）銀行戶頭價值11億300萬美元的資產，將在之後成為爭議的焦點。

存放在BSI銀行的資產的價值可能低於他們的賬面價值。

事實上，一馬公司需要IPIC和Aabar提供現金以交換有關的資產，而他們面對兩個情況，一是該資產為不動產，二是資產價值低於賬面價值。

若一馬公司可以將相關資產套現成如他們所說的價值，那麼一馬公司在償還9億7千500萬美元貸款時應該是沒有問題。

在瞭解到存放在BSI銀行的是資產而不是現金後，這些聯盟公司希望儘早解決貸款和利息。

據瞭解，以德意志銀行為首所進行的融資活動，是由政府所擔保。其他參與的中東銀行包括阿布扎比商業銀行。

屬Brazen Sky所擁有

鮮為人知的是，有關資產也是為一馬公司持有的香港註冊子公司Brazen Sky所擁有，並由一家不明公司Bridge Partners Investment Management Ltd以幾個開放式基金進行投資。

報道指出，一馬公司急需現金，而該公司並沒有更多的選擇獲得現金，奇怪的是，在這種情況下，IPIC和Aabar竟然願意以這些資產的面值進行評估。

一馬公司需要以折扣的價格出售有關資產，這筆由政府所控制的基金可能需要以其他資產來“增值”。

其中一個較有可能的資金來源是一馬公司與IPIC共同存入的42億5千萬令吉，這筆款項是作為雙方在高盛集團總值35億美元債券的聯合擔保。

“解放”IPIC
需再融資35億美元債券

若一馬公司要取得這筆款項，就必須“解放”IPIC作為其中一名擔保人的身份，而方式是需要再融資這筆35億美元的債券，否則一馬公司可選擇動用現有可出售的金融資產，從中獲得133億8千萬美元。

但問題是，一馬公司是否可依據賬面價值套現這些資產？如其子公司BrazenS k y。在如今複雜的情況下，一馬公司將可以減少其貸款，即使可能需要縮減賬面價值11億300萬美元的資產。

在IPIC與一馬公司進行共同擔保後未來10年Aabar有權在購買一馬公司上市的電力資產49%。

一馬公司經與IPIC寄放一筆高達45億5千萬令吉的現金，以便給予高盛集團債券作為擔保。

未來，值得關注的是，一馬公司如何減少債務，但可以肯定的是，這些資金將不會帶來任何的價值。

一馬發展有限公司利用420億令吉進行以下交易

1.購買150億令吉的發電廠和土地。

2.投資130億令吉在一個高風險、不知名和存有價值疑慮的投資單位UNITS。

3.與阿布扎比國際石油投資公司附屬公司Aabar投資公司存款42億5千萬令吉，為總值35億美元（約128億令吉）的債券進行聯合擔保。

4.花費90億令吉支付利息、折扣給債券持有人以及支付給高盛集團。

結果.一馬公司的2014年融資成本達24億令吉，每天花費大約660萬令吉。

若你擁有420億令吉可做的10件事情

1.每天可花費100萬令吉，長達4萬1千975天或115年。

2.可充作為期5年的第11大馬計劃總預算2千600億令吉中的16.2%資金。

3.可購買4萬輛“法拉利California”名貴跑車。

4.興建8萬4千間價值50萬令吉的可負擔房屋。

5.可購買索尼公司（Sony Corp）的31%股份。

6.可購買Axiata集團的74%股份，並獲得8億8千900萬令吉的紅利。

7.可購買馬來亞銀行49%的股份，並獲得15億3千萬令吉的紅利。

8.可購買大眾銀行56%的股份，並獲得6億8千800萬令吉的紅利。

9.購買興業銀行和大馬銀行所有的股份後，還多出38億令吉。

10.興建4座吉隆坡第二國際機場（KLIA2）或購買27架A380型號的飛機。

2、咳嗽：

如果病原菌沒有被打出去就會進入上呼吸道.支氣管.
身體啟動第二道防線咳嗽將病原菌咳出。
而我們以為咳嗽是病.
馬上吃止咳化痰的藥大量的抗生素（消炎藥），
將本來要排出體外的病原菌又壓回身體裡面去，
於是身體的防禦系統進入了第三步。

3、乏力沒有食慾：

身體告訴我們要好好休息，
集中體力對抗進入身體裡的病原菌，
往往在這個時候我們會強迫自己吃飯，
吃飯需要消耗能量來消化食物，
身體不想吃飯我們就不吃，
增加喝水量同時多喝蔬果汁。
如果這一步沒做好身體將進入第四步。

4、發燒：

一方面表明病原菌進入了血液，
身體的就啟動免疫力表現為發燒，
將病原菌燒死，
當溫度升高到38.5度時免疫力會增加一倍，
溫度升到40度大部份病毒將被燒死，
我們只要喝足夠的水，人體永遠不會燒出問題，
而我們打退燒針，吃退燒藥卻幫了病毒的忙。
於是身體將進入了第5個階段。

5、過敏：

防禦系統要將血液裡的毒素排出體外，
因此皮膚會過敏，
而我們現在大多數人用抗過敏藥.塗藥膏.
將本來要通過皮膚排出來的毒素，再度壓進身體裡。

6、發炎：

身體為了保全大局，
將血液中的病毒和細菌集中在一個地方，
因此會出現紅腫熱痛的反應，
我們又消炎吃大量的抗生素，又幫了病毒的忙，

7、潰瘍：

人體是非常智慧的為了保護身體，

9、癌變、腫瘤化：

從一個癌細胞發展到綠豆大小需要10-15年時間，
而從綠豆大小發展成雞蛋大小只需要一年，
癌症的潛伏期最少都有10-15年時間。

TH Plantations Q1 profit falls to RM320,000

Kuala Lumpur: TH PLantations Bhd's pre-tax profit fell to RM320,000 for its first quarter ended March 31, 2015 from RM12.01 million in the same quarter last year.

Revenue dropped to RM82.3 million from RM124.24 million previously.

"The prolonged dry weather in the first half of last year and the adverse wet weather at the end of 2014 have brought upon deeper effects on production than initially expected," Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Datuk Zainal Azwar Zainal Aminuddin said.

In addition, commodity prices continued to remain subdued, further impacting the overall earnings of the Group, he said in a statement Wednesday.

For the quarter under review, TH Plantation recorded Fresh Fruit Bunches production of 137,988 metric tonnes, translating into a 20 per cent decline from the same period last year.

Crude palm oil (CPO) production declined by 22 per cent to 31,052 metric tonnes.

Its average realised prices for CPO for the quarter was RM2,162 per metric tonne versus RM2,507 per metic tonne in the corresponding quarter last year.

"The Group's production was further impacted by the large proportion of younger estates, which yield lower FFBs compared with prime mature estates," he said.

Nevertheless, the Group's production showed signs of recovery towards the end of the first quarter of 2015 and the Group is cautiously optimistic that production will continue to build up in subsequent quarters.

Although production is now showing signs of recovery, the company does not discount the possibility of El Niño materialising in the coming months, he said.

"We are already observing intense weather changes in some parts of the world, which may be strong indicators of the El Niño phenomenon.

"The El Niño phenomenon is not to be taken lightly compared to other normal weather anomalies, as the effects can be substantial, particularly on crop production levels in the immediate, medium and longer terms," said Zainal Azwar.

Despite the headwinds faced by the palm oil sector currently, the group is confident that the long-term fundamentals of the industry remain intact, and that the demand for palm oil would grow in tandem with the growth of the world population. – Bernama

敦馬：是民選獲更大多數票‧“阿都拉被納吉勸下台”

（雪蘭莪‧八打靈再也29日訊）在首相拿督斯里納吉早前表示自己是民選首相，在任期屆滿前絕不會下台後，前首相敦馬哈迪週五撰文“打臉”（讓他丟臉），指同是民選的前首相敦阿都拉，雖然在其領導下國陣獲得更大的支持，但還是被納吉勸服下台。

“就算是民選領袖，也不見得不能在任期屆滿前被撤換，阿都拉也是民選，事實上他獲得更大的多數票，但還是被現任首相勸服下辭職下台。

“所以要現任首相下台有問題嗎？相比前首相，他顯然把國家搞得更亂糟糟。”

生活方式與數前首相有別馬哈迪週五在本身部落格chedet.cc上載的貼文中，如是表示。

他說，在此之前外界從未談及首相的奢華生活方式，雖然有些傳言可能不實，但相比之前數任首相，無人曾面對類似指責，顯然會是因為現任首相的生活方式與之前的有別。

“單就此以及其他理由，納吉就應該下台。”

另一方面，針對一馬發展公司（1MDB）爭議，馬哈迪強調，除非1MDB管理層能實質證明從開曼群島撤回的資金去向，否則管理層就該為此負責。

他認為，外界對一馬發展公司償還債務以及損失似乎存在混淆，就算該公司的債務通過出售所購資產還清，並不代表不需要就無法解釋數以億計的損失一事負責。

“在商界，如果因投資與管理失利導致虧損，作為公司的首席執行員以及經理會被革除，當出現虧損，管理層卻無法解釋錢去了哪兒，無論債務是否還清或獲拯救（bailout），管理層依然需要負責。

“當有人聲稱在開曼群島投資的資金已被撤回，目前存放在新加坡，除非能證明並實質出示這筆款項的下落，管理層就應為虧損負責，否則可假定是管理層挪用那筆款項。”

從人民身上籌額外資金
GST導致民眾更窮

另一方面，馬哈迪形容，落實消費稅，等同從人民身上籌集額外資金，民眾開銷增加，消費力減弱，可能導致民眾越來越窮困，最終富的是政府。

他強調，政府只要節省開銷，如不大肆“派錢”，因大部份援助金受惠者其實不需要該筆款項，即無需向人民徵收額外的稅務。

他補充，加強國民教育水平、培訓，協助國民找到更高收入的工作，才是一勞永逸的解決方案。

“只是調高薪金，生產力沒增加，假期更長，制定更高的最低薪金，浪費錢購買奢華物品，這些都會增加政府開銷，讓赤字飆高，只要擁有更妥善的財務管理，消費稅根本沒必要。”

以下是3日前OPENSYS同时宣布季度业绩和年报后得到的发现，当时候我们的点评部分原文如下：

“我们用上周末最新发布的AlgoBox基本面扫描策略 - Growth Stock筛选出以上表格，橙色框框是上周公布业绩后，次日立即暴升的三个创业板股票：MICROLN、JHM和REXIT。
它们的季度业绩分别按年、按季出现一倍以上甚至几倍的增长，其中MICROLN和REXIT有并购注入业绩的因素影响。

而OPENSYS虽然按年、按季业绩增幅没有他们强劲，但单季度净利润RM3.1Mil却是在它们三个之间，而且按照最新（到今年3月31日为止）单季度净利润业绩排名，OPENSYS正式进入创业板的前十名内！”

There were some comments made by us 3 days ago after we studied OPENSYS' latest qtr reults and annual report:

"Above table is from one of the latest AlgoBox Scanning Strategies that we released by last weekend - Growth Stock Strategy.

The orange colour highlighted counters (MICROLN、JHM & REXIT) were the best performing ACE market counters since last week. Especially after they announced fantastic qtr results and showed huge growth to investors.

Then came to OPENSYS. OPENSYS announced RM3.1 mil net profit for FY15Q1, although both y-o-y & q-o-q growth are not as strong as MICROLN/JHM /REXIT (MICROLN & REXIT both has revenue injection after M&A) , Opensys' Q1 (up to 31st Mar 2015) net profit figure is in between these three companies.

And we found that OPENSYS just jumped into Top 10 net profit ranking amoung all the 108 ACE market counters."

By now Opensys has tested RM0.40 and RM0.45 resistance level, which were the previous high, so , what is the next Fair Value level that it's going to test on before the next qtr result by Aug this year?

冷眼先生是其第4大股东！再谈SOLUTN (0093) - 年报要点

* 冷眼先生是第四大股东，是续Mr Lim Yong Hew(公司创办人)、Mr Lim Hai Guan (创办人的侄子)后。简单说，姓林的老板家族后，SOLUTN 最大的“话事人”就是冷眼先生了！凭着强势的基本面，冷眼先生会看中SOLUTN 游击队绝对一点都不出奇。

* 子公司工程学业务强劲，年报中有提到大马国家经济发展会无形间让Solutn受惠。此外由于有来自国外的订单，所以其中的20%是以美元计算，受惠于美元强势，将于公司2015第一季度反映。

* 汽车润滑油业务的生产线将迁移至新工厂，以提高生产额。（生意好到~）

* 公司目前为“生命之河”发展计划提供服务，一切进展非常顺利。

*公司与大马水利灌溉局一直都有着良好的交易记录，预计将从中获得更多防洪水灾与灌溉工程。

* 此外，公司近期顺利完成了森美兰水务公司的工程。管理层相信这将为SOLUTN打入其他州属市场立下非常好的基础。

近期很多个股都受到大市的拖累而“炸”了下来，仙股更不必说，肯定是被抛得最惨的。然而，我们可以看到SOLUTN 似乎不怎么受到大市的影响，在这一轮显现了其抗跌的魅力。若这几天出炉的其季度报告没什么“冬瓜豆腐”，技术上短期或有望上挑RM 0.385。凭着手握强劲订单、公司市场名誉佳，只要大市稳定，个人觉得给予RM 0.50目标价并不过分。
