通源工業會派紅股嗎？
葉福來問：
通源工業（TGUAN，7034，主板工業產品組）的業務展望及財務狀況如何？值得長期持有嗎？有沒有可能派發紅股？
聽說明和（MINHO，5576，主板工業產品組）在巴生擁有121英畝地庫，值多少錢呢？為甚麼沒有產業公司收購這家業績低迷的公司，以發展這塊土地？
答：通源工業是亞太區最大的拉伸膜生產商，同時也生產垃圾袋及其他塑膠包裝產品。
該公司2011財政年淨利揚升37.43%至2千720萬4千令吉，歸功於產品出口量提昇及取得更高的賺幅水平。
隨歐洲拉伸膜新生產線投入營運後，該公司對今年的營運表現感到樂觀，且將持續攫取大客戶。
通源工業的前景頗受看好，加上本益比只有逾5倍，估值具吸引力，惟股票流通性不足是最大的阻力。
說到派發紅股的可能性，先看看該公司的財務狀況。截至去年杪，該公司持有3千647萬8千令吉現金及1億2千398萬8千令吉保留盈利，比較短期及長期債務只有各為3千568萬9千及307萬1千令吉，因此擁有派發紅股的可能性。
明和近期頻售地套現
至於明和確實在巴生持有多塊未經發展的地庫，根據2010年年報，這批地庫淨面值達995萬6千令吉，但去年已脫售3塊地庫，脫售價為2千796萬5千令吉。
該公司的地庫能否獲得市場青睞，是屬於“被動性”，胥視有沒有出現買家、脫售意願及成交價等。
無論如何，以明和近期頻頻售地套現償還銀行貸款及作為營運資本來看，相信陸續還有脫售行動。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診室）
