Saivian Review
Name: Saivian
Website: www.saivian.net
Type: MLM
Price To Join: $125 every 28 days
Overall Rating: 1/5 stars
About Saivian
Saivian was founded by John Sheehan (the CEO) late 2015. Steve Gewecke is currently the marketing manager, while Kevin Marino is the master affiliate.
Bob Doran is the Communications director and the Latin Marketing Director title goes to Patricio Diez.
Saivian Overview
Essentially, Saivian is a cashback program, but has an MLM compensation plan built into it.
You gain 20% cash back on selected stores when you use the membership card they supply you with. Actually, they promise you this cash back as long as you meet their conditions.
You get to pick your top 10 selected retail outlets, and then you choose the payment method you will be using for the stores (you have to send a photo copied or scanned receipt for proof).
To get any real value out of this program, you will need to be spending money at the stores at least once a week. You then receive your cash back every 30 days.
After some thorough research into this system, it looks like you have to spend at least $625 before that 30 day is up JUST TO BREAK EVEN.
They have also implemented an MLM program into the website.
To some, this was made to ‘suck’ people into their entire scheme.
To others, they see this as an “opportunity” to make more money.
To me I see it as just another recruiting based business which uses cash back as its product of choice.
This also reminds me of another MLM called Wake Up Now, which had a very similar product but just like most of its kind it got shutdown and no longer exists.
Compensation Plan
As you may know, they offer an MLM compensation plan and yes, you can recruit people into their system and earn money in the process.
What I find to be very suspicious – You need to have 3 active, paying referrals, AND you have to be paying your $125 membership without fail.
If you don’t meet these conditions, you aren’t allowed to get the rewards for your work, which I’m sure will cause a bunch of unhappy campers.
Here are the rewards for the compensation plan:
Founder position (3 active referrals) – $5/day
VIP (12 active referrals) – $20/day
Elite (39 active referrals) – $30/day
1 Star (80 active referrals) – $50/day
2 Star (150 active referrals) – $100/day
3 Star (300 active referrals) – $150/day
4 Star (500 active referrals) – $200/day
5 Star (750 active referrals) – $300/day
Ambassador (1000 active referrals) – $500/day
Gold Ambassador (2,000 active referrals) – $750/day
Platinum Ambassador (4,000 active referrals) – $1,000/day
Diamond Ambassador (6,000 active referrals) – $2,000/day
Presidential Ambassador (8,000 active referrals) – $3,000/day
As you can see, these are some hefty rewards, but it all seems a little far-fetched doesn’t it?
To get 8000 active referrals would be almost impossible.
And if you do happen to gain that many, your entire ‘business’ could be gone in an instant if the company decides to shut the entire thing down.
This is a pyramid scheme at its finest. They are only trying to use the cash back system to make it LOOK like they have something to offer.
They do not.
Especially because the cash back system is a little over the top, to make it worth any value you have to spend a hefty amount of money per month at your selected retail stores.
What Ultimate Benefits Does Saivian Provide?
If you happen to be a shopaholic, you may find this cash back system to work for you.
If you are spending over $625 a month at retail stores, then it might work in your favor.
But are they actually legit and going to pay you?
That is the all-important question and why anyone would even want to join in the first place.
Pricing & Purchase Details
You need to be a paying customer of the cash back system before you can gain the benefits that it has to offer. The price will cost you $125 EVERY 28 days.
These are the memberships you can use to your advantage:
Retail Shopping Membership – This is the membership that offers the 20% cash back for all your shopping. However, it looks like this is only available in the US.
You have to spend $5 – $300 before you are allowed to claim the 20% cash back.
Global Travel Membership – This covers all your travel needs. When you spend $50 – $3000, you have met the conditions for the 20% cash back and can claim it at the end of the 30 days.
At least this one IS globally, your cash back balance expires in 30 days.
What to Look Out For
The MLM compensation plan isn’t something you want to get into.
It isn’t hard to see that they have only made the cash back system to make it LOOK like they have a decent product/service to offer.
They are covering up their pyramid scheme, because I doubt many people are using the 20% cashback program.
It’s only a matter of time before the real truth (complete scam) regarding this website starts circling the internet, thus making it more difficult to recruit more people since more and more negative reviews stop people from signing up!
Why do I think it’s a scam? Because you can literally join the MLM compensation plan and start recruiting people right away, you don’t even have to bother with the cashback service.
Who Saivian is For
If you want to give this website the benefit of the doubt and you find yourself always at your local retail store shopping around, then it might be for you.
You might actually be able to profit from it especially if you’re one of those recruiting type people that can sell anything to anyone.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- It might work for you if you’re a shopaholic (the 20% cash back system has been found to be legit)
Cons
- The compensation plan is clearly a pyramid scheme in disguise
- Very pricey
- Probably won’t be around for much longer
- Going to start being a lot more difficult to recruit more people
- Nothing but hype
Do I Recommend Saviain?
I’m going to have to say this is yet another MLM you need to dodge.
I thought this would be different, but the whole cash back thing is nothing but a disguise for the main job which would be recruiting.
I would rather have you join something like Amway (has actual products) before I tell you to join some thing that comes with little value.
And I don’t even like them either! lol
My Final Opinion on Saivian
In the end it is really going to be up to you.
But of course you already knew that.
I too would consider any and every MLM to be legit until I found out that there’s actually a way to make money online without having to recruit a single person.
Without this program right here, I would probably still be trying to get you to join my latest and greatest multilevel marketing gig.
Thank God that’s not the case!
Anyways, thanks for reading my Saivian review.
If you have any questions about this or any other programs feel free to leave them in the comments section below.
To whatever it is that you do next, I wish you nothing but the best.
Cheers!
