How to design the plug-in slider limit block?

When the slider stroke is large and the template space is not enough to design the slider limit block, it is necessary to design an external limit block, and the limit block material is generally made of ace steel. So, how to design the plug-in slider limit block?

1. Click the menu [Insert] - [Design Features] - [Stretch], use the sketch function of the stretch command, draw the plane sketch out and stretch to generate a slider limit block, the thickness of the limit block is 12mm, as shown in the following figure:

2. Click the menu [Insert] - [Combination] - [Difference], the difference between the B board and the slider limit block to get the slider limit, as shown in the following figure:

3. Click the menu [Insert] - [Detail Features] - [Chamfer], the edge of the slider limit block is set to a bevel angle of 5mm, as shown in the following figure:

4. Click the menu [Insert] - [Detail Features] - [Edge Round], B board slider limit block slot set radius of 4.5mm fillet, convenient CNC processing, as shown in the following figure:

5. Click the menu [Insert] - [Offset] - [Offset / Zoom] - [Offset Surface], B board limit block slot side unilateral avoidance of 0.5mm, easy to assemble with the limit block, as shown in the following figure:

6. Click [Yanxiu Mold] - [Mold Embryo and Related] - [Screw], design the slider limit block lock B board screws, screw specifications are M6. At this point, the slider limit block design is completed, as shown in the following figure:
