Exporting 3D model to STEP with Annotation and Combined Views and importing STEP into Creo Parametric results in incorrect placement of Annotation

• The above behavior is observed for protocols AP203E2, AP214IS, and AP242. As they include Non-geometric data and the graphical representations of annotations.

Description

• With the config.pro option step_export_format ap203_e2 and exporting to STEP a 3D model with  Annotation  and Combined Views, the result of importing STEP into Creo is that all Annotations are placed on the Default Combined View.
• Exporting 3D model to STEP with Annotation and Combined Views and importing STEP into Creo Parametric results in incorrect placement of Annotation.
• A STEP created with ap214_is and importing into Creo Parametric shifts the position of notes.
